Every unit will be very spacious, boasting a 23’ clear ceilings, individual loading doors and have access to numerous full-sized freight elevators. The building will be concrete tilt-up and structural steel and will feature over 240 parking stalls. An outdoor walkway connects the units and the windows within each unit will allow for large amounts of natural lighting.
